High and low voltage winding insulation materials are used Nomex® and many times by VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment, advanced agent-free varnish, external high-intensity H-class insulation seal and high-temperature curing, operating conditions to ensure that no local discharges.

Transformer winding mechanical strength, and thermal conditions are good (high and low voltage coils are used above 200°C in long-term use of Nomex® insulation) of the continuous structure, to avoid the multi-layer cylindrical coil voltage is high, poor heat dissipation, easy to thermal breakdown and the shortcomings of low mechanical strength, thereby improving product reliability.
